Thanks to specialized technicians and the adoption of specific software for mechanical programming, we follow our customers from technical advice for part design to the development of the finished product.
We also offer our customers the in-house design service through three-dimensional modelling tools and computational simulations, as well as the engineering advice of our staff. We help you to check for any technical problems and find the most suitable solutions.

We are also able to replicate products that are no longer commercial or rare through reverse engineering.
We have a state-of-the-art and high-quality fleet that allow us to guarantee punctuality and precision.

Mechanical processing takes place through TURNING, MILLING and drawing GRINDING on different materials or through more innovative methods such as 3D PRINTING of plastic materials, which can help in the initial phase of prototyping or for the production of small series.
For years we have been relying on specialized external partners who deal with surface TREATMENTS on machined parts such as zinc-coating, hardening, nitriding, burnishing , anodizing, nickel plating, rolling, teething and broaching.

If necessary we carry out the service of WELDING on metal materials including aluminum, MARKING for the traceability of details, as well as ASSEMBLY and SHIPPING to the customer.
We pay close attention to QUALITY. We rely on competent suppliers in the industry and order raw materials by requesting the relevant certificates that we can also provide to the customer on request.

Within our quality office we have a MEASURING machine with repeatability up to a tenth of a micron on a temperature-controlled room, which ensures the correctness and precision of the finished products.
